How To Get Help

For account access, billing questions, source coverage requests or data deletion support, contact FundingLens at hello@fundinglens.co.uk.

• Use the email address linked to your FundingLens account when asking about workspace data.
• Include the organisation name and the page or opportunity you are asking about.
• For billing questions, do not send card details; Stripe handles payment information.
• For source coverage requests, include the official funder URL where possible.

What We Can Help With

We can help with sign-in issues, organisation profile corrections, billing portal access, suppression or unsubscribe requests, data deletion requests, incorrect source records and suggestions for useful public funding sources.

What We Cannot Do

FundingLens cannot submit applications for you, guarantee eligibility, guarantee award success, provide legal advice, or override the rules published by a funder.
